I love to bake cookies, even more than I love to eat them! Baking has always had a calming, centering effect on me, and the aromatherapy is like no other! Ever since I was a very small child, I daydreamed of either living in Santa Cruz near the Boardwalk, or owning my own cookie company. It took awhile, but hard work and perseverance paid off in both cases. We baked Lizzie’s Cookies in my very own commercial cookie kitchen that I created in a small house in the industrial area of Santa Cruz, California. To keep costs down, I furnished the tiny cookie factory with used and refurbished equipment, including Hobart ovens and mixers, and stainless steel sinks and countertops. Thanks to slow, steady growth, Lizzie’s Cookies became self-sustaining!
Since 2006, Lizzie's no longer sells fresh baked cookies, but that same great quality and taste can be found in Lizzie's Cookie Mixes, sold on this web site. Try them!
